Yogurt and blueberries

- 3 tbsp honey
- 750 g Plain semi-skimmed yogurt
METHOD
1. Mix yogurt with honey and combine with blueberries. Serve.
2. Avoid honey for children under 12 months and chop blueberries if large for smaller babies.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text el_class=”preparacion”]
VARIANTES
Mix the yogurt with fruit compote for younger children.
You can try other seasonal fruits cut into pieces.
For children older than one year and adults, chopped seeds (which are a source of omega 3 and omega 6) can also be added.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][/vc_section]
